My gosh....

I've known of you before but it wasn't until now that I really started checking out your work. Amazing, and this to be one of my favorites.

Characteristics I like here:
1. The intro where everything is filtered out. There's something about it with that bassiness that really makes it nice to ease on into the beat.
2. That elec piano or rhodes that gives the track a sort devious quality. It really works well in contrast of the bass in the background. I also like when the notes are played sort of "mushed together" at around 0:13 and occasionally throughout.
3. YOUR DRUMS ARE ALWAYS SO F*CKIN CRISPY!! It's really that snare that gets me. It's like 3 slaps in the face...if that doesn't sound to weird lol. It's just nice sounding.
4. Nice classical sounding outro...however I personally don't care for the sudden cut at the end...but it's not like it's distracting.

I didnt think people would like this one. Kinda like Potpourri. I appreciate all the feedback.These samples were super sick so i had to use them. They do most of the work. There's a certain sound that i have only achieved with a couple songs i've ever made. I think my next project will be my most diverse offering ever so keep a look out for it. This shit goes sooo hard. Your chops on the sample(s) are impeccable. Perfectly executed and everything feels mastered right. This is what hip-hop's about homie. THE REALNESS RIGHT HERE. I have nothing more to say. The music speaks for itself...and I have to say I appreciate your humbleness in the description. In my opinion being able to make fire and still appreciating feedback, positive or negative, is honorable.

All I have to say is THANK YOU for doing my beat some justice. Your voice and flow goes PERFECTLY over my beat. Your transitions from line to line are really nice. I especially like the line, "I mad raw, sushi. Leave these kids knocked out like roofies. Spit syllables with six oozis" SOO ILL.

Don't ever stop rapping like this...EVER. I only wish it was a little longer though. You still had half a beat left. EVEN SO, excellent job.

This definitely sounds like some iLLBill (Yea I have heard of him lol). That vocal choir sample is what sells it for me. The sample (in a weird way) reminds me of one of his new songs comin out called "Keeper of The Seven Keys" so you're def on track.

...mann this is gonna be a tough comp this year haha.

Aight, I have to admit this isn't something that I'd necessarily listen to daily and this is obviously a joke, but I can tell you really put a lot of effort into this. With the chorus, ad-libs, and auto-tune, I can obviously tell you put in work on this. I'm glad you did, because most "joke tracks" submitted to the audio portal are kinda shitty lol.

This really made me laugh. From Mr. Nibbles's voice, to the chorus, to the part where the guy is censored and you can't understand wth he's saying, I couldn't help laughing. Great job on this seriously.

and I come back to this..... WOW. Bro this is soo tight. Lovin that cartoony 50's sample. Drums are nice. I'd love to hear some bass tho...BUT STILL, this is super dope man. I have no real complaints.

This really reminds me of a danger mouse beat. I can't post links here but go to youtube and look up "Don't Do Drugs" by Danger Mouse and Jemini. You'll see what I mean.

Thanks man! I checked out the song and I definitely get what you mean. I love weird samples! And I know I need to add a bass, but I can't find one I like. I really need to work on bass lines, lol, most of my songs don't have one. Also, you haven't missed much by not visiting my page, I haven't really been making too many beats while i was in school, but know that summer is here, I should be at it again! Thanks for the review!

[Deep Soul Hip Hop]

It's a good start.

What it really needs is some good bass accompaniment that increases the mellowness of it and maybe something that will add a little more melody like a guitar or a flute. If not that, then maybe do a little more with the piano (that is if this isnt a sample).

Also the drums feel really stiff. Personally I like to have a lil swing to my drums so I don't quantize usually. Try experimenting with that. Oh and if you're going for a smooth feel I recommend have different snare with possibly a little bit of reverb.

But you do have a great start here. Good luck!

You'll be surprised what else I've made. It's not all rap..Actually it's barely rap it's mostly silly loops to support flash games on NG, Dick songs, and a couple real serious ones I still approve of is "Don't Listen" that quotes Nixon...
